BLEND is a 10-day green smoothie cleanse. However, the recipes are a combination of green smoothies and smoothie bowls.
Green smoothie bowls have toppings which give you something to chew as an alternative to green smoothies. There are also snack options that balance the green smoothies if you are still hungry.
The meal plan in RESET 28 features both green smoothie meals and plant-based, non-smoothie lunches, dinners, and snacks.
Most people will lose some weight, and/or some inches (body fat loss) during the 10 days of BLEND.
If weight loss is your primary goal, and you need to lose more than 10 pounds, I recommend that you start with BLEND, then continue on with my 4-week Reset 28 program.
BLEND is different from most other cleanses in that it helps you lose weight without screwing up your metabolism!
