Q: Will I only be drinking green smoothies?
BLEND is a 10-day green smoothie cleanse. However, the recipes are a combination of green smoothies and smoothie bowls.
Green smoothie bowls have toppings which give you something to chew as an alternative to green smoothies. There are also snack options that balance the green smoothies if you are still hungry.
Q: Will I lose weight with BLEND?
Most people will lose some weight, and/or some inches (body fat loss) during the 10 days of BLEND.
BLEND is different from most other cleanses in that it helps you lose weight without screwing up your metabolism!
Q: Are the recipes vegan/dairy-free/gluten-free?
Yes! Absolutely. None of the recipes call for dairy, gluten, soy, or any of the top allergenic foods. If you have a nut allergy, there are easy substitutions. The green smoothies and smoothie bowls are 100% plant-based. BLEND is a vegan-friendly cleanse.
Q: Are there any required supplements?
Nope. There are no required supplements in order to do BLEND. If you want, you can add a quality protein powder to your green smoothies, which may make them even more satisfying and filling, but this is optional.
Q: I have diabetes (or another medical condition). Is BLEND right for me?
BLEND is NOT designed for specific medical conditions. While many people tend to lower blood sugar levels with green smoothies and whole foods, a green smoothie cleanse may not be appropriate for those with diabetes.
Q: I am pregnant / nursing. Is BLEND safe for me to do?
I do not recommend doing a cleanse while pregnant or nursing. You can continue to drink green smoothies, but wait until after you are nursing before you follow BLEND or any cleanse protocol.
