  • Incorporate a lime into a prosperity altar with green aventurine, citrine, and other symbols of luck and financial abundance.

Citrus Recipes

One way I connect with citrus fruit is by blending them into delicious green smoothies.

I don’t just make green smoothies for the health benefits. I incorporate green smoothies into my spiritual self-care routine every morning.

I blend oranges in my green smoothie when I want to lift my spirits – especially during the cold, dark winter months.

All citrus fruits are great for cleansing body, mind, and spirit.

  1. I recently started drinking warm lemon and honey water in the morning through afternoon for their solar properties and then cold lime and agave syrup at night for their lunar properties, it really helps to stay consistently grounded and feeling in tune with the earth .

I am creating a Smudging Spray, I wanted a citrus essential oil to be added. One that brightens, uplifts and promotes healing, in/on the space/person/item I am spraying. I came here looking for which one or two I should use. If you have any thoughts on this, please let me know!

    1. I love a good sweet orange, clove, and peppermint spray – uplifting and healing. Bergamot and lemon are good, too.
