It’s also a great time to balance emotions. While it is uncomfortable, explore your dark side – the things you keep hidden from others.
It’s time to work toward accepting yourself as you are, with love and less judgement.
For many of us, it’s easier to have empathy for others, but not for ourselves. It’s time we practice inward-directed empathy.
New Moon In Pisces Correspondences
Element: Water. Pisces is a water sign, so incorporate the element of water into your New Moon rituals.
You can do this by using a water-themed oracle deck (I use the Saltwater Reading Cards by Laura Bowen), and carry “watery” crystals (see below) while the moon passes through Pisces.
Season: Late Winter (The Pisces New Moon occurs while the sun is also in the sign of Pisces – February 18 to March 20, typically).
Candle Color: Blue, purple, violet, white, gray.
Crystals/Stones: Black moonstone (a good stone to work with during the new moon), amethyst, aquamarine, amazonite, blue aragonite, pearl.
Herbs/Tea: Mint, sage, chamomile, lavender.
Essential Oils/Incense: Lavender, chamomile.
Animal: Dolphin, shark and other fish.

Here are some simple rituals that you can do under the Pisces New Moon:
1) Tarot Under A Piscean New Moon
If you work with tarot, pull The Moon (XVIII) from your favorite deck and place it in front of you. Spend some time reflecting or journaling on how the archetype of The Moon is playing a role in your life right now.
The Moon card represents intuition, fear, self-deceit, and illusion.

2) Honor The Element Of Water
Keep a small cup or bowl of water on your altar, and be mindful as you drink your first glass of water in the morning.
3) Take A Ritual Bath
